The Institute of Economics and Management of Odesa Polytechnic National University has completed «Ukraine-Poland" Education Internationalization Days held together with the Polish partners – Polonia University in Czestochowa, AGH University of Science and Technology (Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanisława Staszica w Krakowie) and University of Economy in Bydgoszcz (Wyższa Szkoła Gospoddarki (WSG)) for the foreign students who came to study at Polonia University in Czestochowa on the Erasmus+ exchange programme and for the students studying under the double diploma programme.
An intensive English presentations programme and open on-line lectures that lasted for two weeks were presented by our lecturers, doctoral students and PhD students. The team of lecturers-speakers was presented by professors Svitlana Filyppova (the main initiator and moderator of the event), Oleksandr Balan, Iryna Bashynska, Svitlana Yermak, Volodymyr Mandra, Liubov Niekrasova, Oksana Prodius, Ivan Sokoly, doctoral students Olena Kovalova, Svitlana Cherkasova, associate professors Glib Zadorozhko, Kateryna Zaichenko, Maryna Shepel, PhD students Yevgeniy Matsulevych, Nataliia Fomina. The students have learned much new on the issues of managerial economy, economic integration, military and inclusive economy, digitization and virtualization of management processes, and business resources management.
It was also held a joint open lecture by Olena Kovalova on the topic "Financial Market" for the students of Polonia University in Czestochowa and the students of the major "071 Accounting and Taxation" of Odesa Polytechnic National University.
The students from Italy, Cameroon, Morocco, Turkey and Ukraine have noted the professionalism of Odesa Polytechnic National University lecturers, the high level of their communication skills, the creativity in constructing case studies, the presentation quality of their own assets and the originality of their arguments.
