As part of the implementation of the 3rd work package of the project NEXT "Digital Transformation to Support the Workforce of the Next Generation" (Project Code 101129022), which is being carried out under the EU Erasmus+ program, a seminar was held, organized by experts from Odessa Polytechnic in the laboratory of the Institute of Computer Systems.

During the event, the outcomes of the development of four online courses aimed at improving digital literacy and preparing the next generation of the workforce were summarized. The courses cover the following topics:
- Digitalization of Humanities – digital tools for the analysis and teaching of humanities disciplines.
- Digitalization of Teamwork and Leadership – development of leadership skills in a digital environment.
- Digitalization of Natural Resource Management and Environmental Impact – the role of digital technologies in nature conservation.
- Educational Digital Tools for Supporting People with Special Needs – tools to support inclusive education.
The main goal of the project is to implement innovative approaches to learning through digital technologies. A total of 26 courses will be available on the online distance learning platform as part of the project.
