Odesа Polytechnic National University continues to actively implement innovative approaches to education by participating in the international SMART-PL project. This project is part of the Erasmus+ program funded by the European Union, aimed at modernizing educational systems, improving their quality, and integrating modern technologies into the learning process.
Lecturers from the Department of Software and Computer-Integrated Technologies and the newly established "Learning with No Limits" educational center, created as part of the project, participated in the training titled "Opportunities of open educational platforms for students and teachers. Using SMART online information and diagnostic platform for teachers and students". The event was organized as part of this project and conducted by representatives of Khmelnytskyi National University, who introduced participants to the platform's functional capabilities, administration features, and practical aspects of test creation and organizing feedback with students.

The goal of SMART-PL is to implement personalized learning based on a virtual intelligent tutoring environment that embodies the principle of "Learning with No Limits". The SMART platform not only optimizes the learning process but also makes education accessible to students with diverse educational needs.
SMART-PL focuses on creating an educational environment that:
- Promotes inclusion – provides access to quality education for all students, regardless of age, social status or special needs.
- Ensures innovation – uses modern information and communication technologies to improve the learning process.
- Supports teachers and students – offers effective tools for formative assessment, personalized learning, and increasing motivation.
