Recommendations have been elaborated on the basis of the theory of constraint as regards information support and procedural guidelines of process-based management at industrial undertakings and manufacturing plants, including recommendations for adaptation thereof for any metal manufacturers, that can be applicable both to taking any business-oriented decisions and to analysis of their results. The R&D product allows detecting and employing to a maximum extent any limitations in the systenm of an industrial undertaking, subordinating manufacturing processes to such limitations, expanding the existing limitations of the system and detecting continuously any possible subsequent limitations afterwards, which shall result in a maximum cost-efficient performance.
The process of cost planning for metal manufacturers that differs from the existing approches since it offers a mechanism of rapid cost planning and information and analytical tools in respect of choice of an optimum range of products for gaining maximum profits.
The work is being tried and tested currently. An application for a brevet d’inventions is being prepared.
