Elaboration of the theoretical and methodological regulations, methodological principles, and research and practical recommendations in respect of functioning of the institutional arrangements of diversification, differentiation, and agroindustrial integration. The system model of the institutional regulation of diversification, differentiation, and agroindustrial integration that has been elaborated contains components as follows: substantiation of the purpose, characteristic features of the lines of development of diversification and agroindustrial integration, main tasks of the governmental policy; determination of any sources of financial, human resourcing and any other procurement for development of agroindustrial integration in accordance with the law for the time being in force; assessment of any results derived from the measures suggested, in particular, enhancement of the competitive ability within the agribusiness and guaranteeing of the European standards of quality and environmental friendliness of the products.
The main line to improve efficiency in application of any institutional arrangements of diversification, differentiation, and agroindustrial integration is elaboration of an adequate toolbox and research and methodological guidelines for the purpose of search of any efficient and innovation ways of development of the agribusiness in Ukraine.
The practical recommendations identified and substantiated are a new solution of the research and practical problem related to institutional procurement of the processes of diversification, differentiation, and agroindustrial integration in Ukraine.
The work is being tried and tested currently. An application for a brevet d’inventions is being prepared.
