The essence of development. Purpose and scope 

The technology is based on reinforcement of any parts with a self-hardening reversible-reaction substance with phase transformation. The R&D product is designed for machining and counterbore of non-regid parts of any composite structures having walls of up to 0.2 mm thick, with progressive machining rates.

The main advantages 

Possibility of variable-rigidity thin-wall machining with out-of-roundness of 5 mym, low cost and abundancy of a reinforcing agent, no need for any sophisticated instruments.
